The Natalie Berkeley Studio, L.L.C. (“The Natalie Berkeley Studio”) enables you to access select class resources and digital content in exchange for a membership fee (“Unlimited Class Membership and/or Unlimited Digital Class Access”). Your use of these Membership Services (“Unlimited Class Membership and/or Unlimited Digital Class Access”) is subject to the following terms of service (“Unlimited Class Membership and/or Unlimited Digital Class Access Terms of Service”), as categorized under Restrictions, Changes or Discontinuation of Membership Services, and Temporary or Permanent Removal of Membership Services Content. 

Restrictions

 By using The Natalie Berkeley Studio’s Membership Services (“Unlimited Class Membership and/or Unlimited Digital Class Access Terms of Service”), you agree to refrain from:

·    using any part of the Membership Services in an unlawful manner.

·    sharing your Membership account password with another to enable him or her to access any Membership Services without paying the requisite monthly membership fee.

·    copying, selling, renting, or sublicensing any Member Services to a third party.

·    circumventing, reverse-engineering, modifying, disabling, or otherwise tampering with any security technology that The Natalie Berkeley Studio uses to protect its Membership Services.

·    Accessing Membership Services by means other than those authorized by The Natalie Berkeley Studio.

Changes or Discontinuation of Membership Services

The Natalie Berkeley Studio reserves the right to modify the Membership Services it makes available. In addition, The Natalie Berkeley Studio reserves the right to modify or eliminate any Membership Service with or without notice to members and assumes no liability to its members or any third party for any such changes.

Temporary or Permanent Removal of Membership Services Content 

In certain circumstances, select content available through Membership Services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. The Natalie Berkeley Studio assumes no liability to members for any such temporary or permanent removal of content.

Members acknowledge and agree to the preceding Membership Terms of Service, unless prohibited by applicable law. Members acknowledge that their relationship with The Natalie Berkeley Studio, to include their access to and use of Membership Services, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, laws in their state of residence (if not Virginia), and U.S. Federal law.
