Payment must be received at least 4 hours prior to class start time. Private parties can be accommodated with an additional fee on top of the individual fee for each participant. The Natalie Berkeley Studio has the right to cancel a class at any time leading up to the class start time if there are less than 3 students signed up for a class. The client will be notified via email of the cancelation. Private sessions are available upon request. Cancellations by the student made before 12 hours of class start time will be fully refunded. Cancellations by the student made within 12 hour hours of the class start time are non-refundable. To ensure you have the same monthly rate for the life of the membership , paid memberships are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel your membership at any time, and your access to classes will end on the last day of the monthly term. If not cancelled by the member, the membership will continue to auto-renew each month as documented when the membership was purchased. Effective as of June 1st, 2020. Updated September 10th, 2020
