How to Prepare for Your IN PERSON Class

A yoga mat is recommended for all classes to help with stability. Some classes require hand weights up to three pounds, yoga blocks, and/or yoga straps. You may bring your own or use the weights/props provided by The NB Studio. All levels are welcomed in classes offered by The NB Studio.
